Duireaskin Farmhouse

Gaia Architects have been involved in various phases of work at Duireaskin over a period of years. Initially a modest porch was added. Later the steading and bothy were converted and the farmhouse was extended by adding a large Sun Lounge along the West elevation. This has magnificent views towards the mountains.

Solar panels that were available from another project were installed to pre heat the domestic hot water.

Some years later a large kitchen /dining room was added onto the East elevation. Later a large timber garage & workshop was built by the access road and finally a sauna has been installed in one of the outbuildings.
